Returns
 

To return an item, you must first contact us via email at info@coronatest.co.uk with a full description of why you are dissatisfied with your product. No refunds will be authorised after 14 days of receipt of the product. G16 Global Ltd will provide an exchange or issue a refund for all non-clearance items 14 days from when the item was received. This is completely at our discretion and providing the items have all their original labels attached and are free from any defects.
 

If you receive a defective product,you must notify us within three days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return. If you do not follow this policy, we will only accept defective items at our discretion. When a refund is submitted, G16 Global Ltd will refund the full amount of the price of the goods excluding shipping.

All returns should be sent back to G16 Global Ltd at the cost of the customer which is non refundable and should be sent on signed and tracked delivery. Once we receive your email, we will send you the best appropriate address to return the item to.
 

Order cancellation
 

To cancel your order, you must cancel by email to info@coronatest.co.uk. We receive large amounts emails on a daily basis, therefore your order may be shipped before your email is replied to. For every order cancellation there will be a fee of £25GBP if the item has not been shipped. If the item has been shipped with a valid tracking number, the cancellation fee will be 50% of the total order.
 

If your order has already been shipped you will need to return the item back to us via signed delivery at your own cost and a refund will be submitted once we receive the item back.

When an order has been cancelled, any reference numbers that have been issued will then be cancelled and the UK Department of Health and Social Care and the UK Border Force will be informed of both the reference numbers and all the details of the persons that placed the order. Any cancelled reference number that is used after the cancellation date will then be flagged as fraudulent and will be enforced by the authorities.

Day 2 & 8 tests are non-refundable due to the legal requirements of the tests. Once the order has been placed and reference number has been submitted, orders may not be cancelled. Even if an order has been placed with another company after the order has been placed with G16, the day 2 and 8 tests become non refundable.

Any requests for cancellations for UK arrivals day 2&8 tests are reported to the UK Department of Health and Social Care and the UK Border Force.
